近日，经过公开招标程序，广 和柯广辉（前 海）联营律师事务所凭借其在海事海商及航运物流法律服务领域的专业实力和丰富业绩经验，成功中标深圳市能源运输有限公司 2026 年度常年法律顾问服务项目 及 船舶拆旧换新专项法律顾问服务项目 ，本所黄素芳律师团队将为深圳市能源运输有限公司提供全流程、高质量、高效率的专项法律服务。 Recently, through a public tender process and on the strength of its professional capabilities and extensive track record in maritime law and shipping and logistics legal services, Gua nghe Or&Partners (Qianhai) Law Firm successfully won the bids for both Shenzhen Energy Transportation Co., Ltd.'s 2026 Annual Legal Counsel Services Project and its Special Legal Counsel Services Project for Vessel Scrapping and Renewal . The team led by Ms. Susan Huang will provide full-cycle, high-quality and highly efficient legal services to Shenzhen Energy Transportation Co., Ltd.

深圳市能源运输有限公司成立于 1994 年 9 月，是深圳能源集团全资子公司，深圳海运协会副会长单位，主营业务为国内沿海及国际船舶普通货物运输、水路运输代理等。

Shenzhen Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. was established in September 1994. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Energy Group and a Vice Chairman Unit of the Shenzhen Maritime Transport Association. Its principal business covers general cargo transport by sea along the PRC coast and internationally, together with waterway transport agency services.

公司拥有 6 艘巴拿马型散货船，总运力约 45 万吨。公司立足保障能源集团电煤运输的同时，也经常开展对外市场经营，承运煤炭、矿石、铝矾土、粮食等大宗货物，航线以远东太平洋地区为主，同时从事美洲、非洲、印度等多地港口运输活动。 The company owns and operates a fleet of six Panamax bulk carriers with an aggregate deadweight capacity of approximately 450,000 tons. While its core mandate is to safeguard thermal coal transport for the Energy Group, it also regularly serves the external market, carrying bulk commodities such as coal, ore, bauxite and grain. Its shipping routes are concentrated primarily in the Far East and Pacific region, while it also undertakes port operations across the Americas, Africa, India and other locations.

公司先后荣获交通运输部安全生产标准化一级达标企业、首届全国交通企业法治先进单位、深圳市重点物流企业等荣誉称号。首创船舶低压岸电上船，先后获得深圳市治污保洁工程优秀项目、广东省环境保护科学技术二等奖并取得国家知识产权局实用新型专利。

The company has been recognised as a Level-1 Enterprise in Work Safety Standardisation by the Ministry of Transport, an Advanced Unit in the Rule of Law among National Transport Enterprises (inaugural edition), and a Key Logistics Enterprise of Shenzhen. It pioneered the supply of low-voltage shore power to vessels, for which it received an Outstanding Project award under the Shenzhen Pollution Control and Sanitation Programme and the Second Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award, and was granted a utility model patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
